Làszlò Czakò

Dr. László Czakó is a full professor for the Department of Medicine, University of Szeged. He received his Ph.D. degree in 1999 and DSc degree in 2014. He is the council member of the Hungarian Society of Gastroenterology, European Group of Endoscopic Utrasonography, European Pancreatic Club and chairman of the Hungarian Endoscopic Society and Hungarian Pancreatic Club. He wrote more than 200 full papers (independent citations: 2540, Hirsch index: 26) in peer-reviewed international journals and 20 book chapters. His primary interest are pancreatobiliary diseases and advanced interventional endoscopic techniques including endoscopic ultrasonography and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography.
